- Visualized & implemented one of the largest e-governance platform for 20,000+ employees of the Agriculture Department of Punjab, Pakistan.

- Developed implementation strategy for a state-of-the-art continuous professional development-CPD establishment for structured capacity building of 10,000+ team members at the Punjab Agriculture Department, the largest agrarian province of Pakistan.
- Developed and implemented Bench to Bed full cycle technology transfer strategy for the lab scale, commercial scale & commercialization of indigenous Biotech R&D for Vet. Vaccines like Foot & Mouth daisies-FMD, HS, AI etc, used to treat small, medium & large animals of Pakistan
- Developed, implemented & lead clinical trials for Hepatitis B & C peg. Interferon in Pakistan
- Undertook Business Process Re-engineering-BPR exercise for one of the largest industrial house in its industry sector in Pakistan

- Developed through stakeholder consultations, the E-Governance platform known as ‘Agri-HRMS’, for the facilitation of 22000+ employees of the agriculture department of Punjab and inaugurated by the Minister for agriculture, Punjab, Pakistan in December, 2018.
- Lobbied, networked, developed and presented a public – private partnership (BOO) model to Chairman P&D Punjab for the indigenous manufacturing of FMD & HS (Live/Killed) vaccines based on international BSL & OiE certifications, in partnership with Ittehad Life Sciences-ILS and supported by IFC, USDA, USAID, UN-FAO in Punjab, Pakistan.
Contributed as a private sector stakeholder in the development of draft policy for Livestock & Dairy.
